These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all Lazy Nomad services, including our websites, YouTube channels, Telegram groups, VIP communities, digital materials, and related offerings (collectively, the "Services").
By purchasing a subscription, joining any Lazy Nomad community, or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
1. Purpose of the Services
Lazy Nomad operates a private, subscription-based digital community focused on travel experiences, cultural insights, local lifestyle dynamics, and safety information. All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
2. Eligibility
- The Services are available to individuals 18 years of age or older.
- By subscribing, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and are legally permitted in your jurisdiction to access travel-related discussion and safety information.
- Accounts suspected of underage use may be suspended or terminated without refund.
3. Membership & Access
- Access to VIP communities is strictly tied to an active subscription.
- Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable.
- Sharing access or distributing invitations is strictly prohibited.
- When a subscription ends, access is revoked after a short administrative grace period.
4. Payments & Billing
- Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Patreon).
- Membership plans include:
- Lazy Supporter: $19/month
- VIP Lazy Nomad: $32/month
- VIP Lazy Legends: $69/month
- Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled via the payment provider.
- Pricing and renewal terms are displayed at checkout.
5. Digital Content Waiver
In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content or digital services once performance has begun.
By completing a purchase, you expressly agree that performance begins immediately and you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
6. Refund Policy Summary
Due to the digital nature of the Services, all purchases are final. No refunds are issued for partial periods, unused time, or removal due to rule violations. (See full Refund Policy for details.)
7. Verification Responsibility
Access requires a simple verification step. Failure to initiate or complete verification does not constitute non-delivery. Users are responsible for following onboarding instructions provided after payment.
8. Community Conduct
Prohibited conduct includes:
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or abuse
- Spam, unsolicited promotions, or advertising
- Illegal activity or encouragement thereof
- Sharing personal data of others without consent
- Recording or redistributing private group content
9. Content Responsibility
Members are solely responsible for content they share. Lazy Nomad is not liable for member-generated content.
10. Intellectual Property
All Lazy Nomad materials are protected by intellectual property laws and provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized distribution will result in permanent removal.
11. Meetups & Offline Interactions
Any offline interactions are voluntary and independent. Lazy Nomad assumes no liability for safety, conduct, or compliance with local laws during independent meetups.
12. Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is". Information reflects personal experiences, not guarantees. Members act at their own discretion and risk.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the most recent subscription period.
14. Moderation & Enforcement
Lazy Nomad reserves the right to moderate content and enforce these Terms. Enforcement actions may include warnings, restrictions, or permanent removal. Decisions are final.
