This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued for Lazy Nomad services. It applies to all subscriptions, memberships, and digital access products offered by Lazy Nomad.
By purchasing a Lazy Nomad subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
1. Nature of the Service
Lazy Nomad provides digital services, including but not limited to:
- Access to private Telegram groups and VIP communities
- Digital maps, guides, decks, and informational materials
- Online content, discussions, and community features
All Lazy Nomad services are delivered digitally and immediately after successful payment and verification. No physical goods are sold.
2. General No-Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Services (instant access to proprietary intel, videos, and community), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements for any reason.
- Monthly, quarterly, or annual subscriptions
- Partial subscription periods
- Unused time within an active subscription
- Voluntary cancellation or non-use of the Services
This policy is consistent with EU consumer law exemptions for digital content, once access has begun.
3. EU Digital Content Waiver
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers normally have a 14-day withdrawal right. However, this right does not apply when:
- The service consists of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium
- Performance has begun with the user's prior consent
- The user has acknowledged that they lose the right of withdrawal once access is granted
By completing payment and proceeding with access, you explicitly request immediate access and acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal is waived.
4. Verification & Registration
Access to Lazy Nomad VIP communities requires a simple verification step (e.g., linking subscription status with a Telegram account).
Refunds will not be issued if:
- You do not complete the verification process
- You provide incorrect or incomplete information
- You delay verification until after the subscription period has started
- You ignore or fail to follow onboarding instructions
Failure to initiate or complete verification does NOT constitute non-delivery.
5. No Refunds for Partial Periods
No refunds or credits are provided for:
- Partially used subscription periods
- Early cancellation
- Temporary inability to access Telegram or other third-party platforms
- Time missed due to travel, personal reasons, or technical issues on the user's side
6. Account Removal & Rule Violations
No refunds will be issued if access is suspended or terminated due to:
- Violation of Lazy Nomad Terms & Conditions
- Breach of community rules
- Unauthorized sharing or redistribution of exclusive content
- Abuse, harassment, or illegal activity
7. Payment Errors
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate charges caused by a technical error
- Proven billing errors directly attributable to Lazy Nomad
All such cases are reviewed individually. Approval is not guaranteed.
8. Third-Party Platforms
Lazy Nomad uses third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, Patreon, Telegram) to deliver services. We are not responsible for platform outages, account restrictions, or user-side technical issues. These situations do not qualify for refunds.
9. How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the payment provider used at checkout.
- Cancellation stops future billing
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are issued for remaining time
